Data Handling & Statutory Compliance

Data Collection for Payroll & Statutory Filings: We collect and process sensitive personal data, including Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, and salary structures, solely for the purpose of end-to-end payroll management and statutory registrations.

Automatic Compliance Alignment: To facilitate the EPF 3.0 workflows and the 50% Wage Code cap, data is processed through our secure, automated systems to ensure accurate contribution calculations.

Third-Party Disclosure (Statutory): Employee data will be shared with government departments (EPF, ESI, Labour Department) as required for mandatory filings, Liaison, and Notice Management.

PoSH Data Confidentiality: All sensitive information related to Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) inquiries and the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is handled with "Judicial-Grade" confidentiality to protect all parties involved.

Digital Identity Protection: Transitioning to the "One Establishment – One Registration" framework ensures your data is centralized under a single, unified digital identity, reducing the risk of data fragmentation.

Data Retention: We retain statutory records and compliance data for the duration required by the Labour Laws and the 2026 Labour Code framework to defend against future litigation.
